At reception or on the phone you will encounter Daniela Jeß, Kathi Schulze or Maren Akin who coordinate and manage our dental surgery. They will answer all your questions about appointments, your treatments or any other concerns you may have – and in case they do not know the answer they will refer you to somebody who does.
Daniela Jeß, Kathi Schulze nnd Maren Akin will also remind you of your appointment by phone or text message. As a courtesy we ask you to please be on time or cancel your appointment in time when you cannot make it.
They are also happy to take care of any concerns, complaints or ideas for improvement you might have. Please do not hesitate to talk to them!
Monika Neumann is the heart and soul of our administration. With more than 30 years of professional experience she always manages to solve our problkems. She will also be able to help you with any questions regarding payment and billing.
