After our first certification in 1997, we were the first dental surgery in Germany to be certified according to the new DIN EN ISO 9001-2000 standard in March 2000.

Our Quality Guidelines
The guidelines that make up our quality policy were developed by all of our staff. They are discussed and reviewed regularly and they form an important part of the training new staff members receive. These guidelines come under close scrutiny every time our ISO 9000 certificate is renewed.
Our main aim is to meet and exceed our patients’ expectations at the highest level of professional competence. To accomplish this we regularly attend international conferences and lectures by eminent specialists, take part in practical seminars and engage in a constant exchange of ideas with fellow dentists and scientists. We strive to always stay involved and up to date with the ongoing developments of dental medical science.
